Where do i start?

Before you can start your online shopping experience with Adrenalin Elements you first need to register by clicking on the Create Account link. Once you are registered you can start purchasing directly from our Adrenalin Elements website.

How do I place an order?

1. Find the items you wish to buy

You can shop by each individual sport (EG Kitesurfing, Rock climbing, longboard etc) to do this scroll to the top of this page and then hover your mouse over the sport in question and then select (EG Kitesurfing gear, Rock climbing gear, Streetboarding gear etc). This will then take you to that specific sports gear page where you can then easily navigate through all the gear for that specific sport, there you will also get an overview of each product and pricing.

Alternatively you can use the quick navigation bar labelled Category on the right hand side of each page to find the products.

2. Add to cart

Once you have found the products you want to buy? Click on Add to cart. Your shopping cart contains all the products that you have selected to buy.

Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, keep searching until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking on the cart button on the right hand side of each page.

3. Check out

To enter checkout, click on the cart button.

  • Your product list will appear. Here you can verify that you have added the correct items and the total cost of the items. Please note that at this stage the shipping costs are not included.
  • Next step is to select your shipping method. There will be a list of options to select from please select the correct one for your order. If your purchase is greater than R1000.00 and under 8kgs the shipping is free of charge and the system will automatically adjust the pricing accordingly.
  • Please note we only accept EFT payments, so the payment method is selected automatically for you
  • You can now proceed to checking out and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of the site.

Once the check out is complete a message will appear stating that your order has been received. The site will email you a conformation which will also include an order number. One of our online sales representatives will then verify your order and email an invoice to you.

Do you keep stock of all items listed on your website.

Adrenalin Elements keeps the most popular selling items in stock,  Items that are out of stock will be ordered directly from our suppliers and generally take one day to reach us from confirmation of your payment.

If you need confirmation of stock availability before you order, you must email us This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it so we can check and let you know - phoning us for this information will not help as we first need to confirm with the supplier for you.
Alternatively, just place your order on the website - we always check availability before asking you to pay, so if there is any problem on stock, we will try to recommend another option for you before accepting payment.

Can I collect my order from you?

Adrenalin Elements is based in Centurion, Pretoria and you are welcome to collect from us once the order has been processed.

Do you ship items anywhere in South Africa?

Yes we do. We use a courier company that delivers door-to-door.

What are your shipping rates?

For orders under an R1000.00 standard shipping fee apply. As all orders are unique with different locations it is impossible for us to determine the shipping costs to you here. However, our website can do this. Simply add your items to your cart and proceed to check-out. Before the final check-out there is a summary of your order with the shipping fee.

For orders over R1000 and under 8kgs your shipping will be free of charge. If your order is over 8kgs standard shipping fees apply.

Can you ship to my Postal address?

Yes we can ship to your postal address.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Allow 5 working days for your order to reach you. You will also receive a tracking number once your order has been collected by our courier company or dropped of at the Post office.

Please note:

The countdown in terms of the shipping period begins once your payment has been authorised. For EFT this means once the funds reflect in our bank account
Working days are defined as Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays

Do you accept credit cards?

No we do not; we only accept Electronic funds transfers.
