1. Different Shipping Options
When placing your order with Adrenalin Elements you are faced with a 3 options regarding shipping. Please refer below for the definition of these terms:
1) Main Centre Standard 2-3 Days: 2-3 Working Days from Confirmation of Payment: For shipping to main city centres that have an airport such as Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Port Elizabeth etc.
1.1) Regional Standard 3-5 Days: 3-5 Working Days from Confirmation of Payment: For all towns or cities that do not have an airport besides Pretoria. An example would be outlying
2) Postal service, this service will take 3-5 Days: 3-5 Working Days from Confirmation of Payment.
3) Collecting from Adrenalin Elements: For collection from either us or from our suppliers directly.
2. Determining Shipping Fees
For orders under an R1000.00 standard shipping fee apply. As all orders are unique with different locations it is impossible for us to determine the shipping costs to you here. However, our website can do this. Simply add your items to your cart and proceed to check-out. Before the final check-out there is a summary of your order with the shipping fee.
For orders over R1000 and under 8kgs your shipping will be free of charge. If your order is over 8kgs standard shipping fees apply.

All items bought from Adrenalin Elements have the standard manufactures warranty unless otherwise stated.
Adrenalin Elements will cover all shipping costs of any faulty item/s within their manufacturer warranty period that may need to be returned to us. If the product in question however is tested by our supplier to be working within specifications then all shipping costs will be at the expense of the Customer.
Adrenalin Elements do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision, but where goods are defective within the warranty period or within 10 business days the items were wrongly described, different from the sample shown to you, the Customer can choose between a refund, exchange or repair, subject thereto that the item must first be tested by our supplier.
If the product has been amended, opened or worked on by anyone, we will not accept a return of the product, unless defective. A handling fee of up to 10% may be charged if the return is accepted by management
